With fast secure dispatch, we can deliver a pair of Shaffays to you, wherever you are in the world. Our luxury women’s slippers are delivered in a Shaffay purple dust bag, for seasonal storage.

Next Day Delivery (if order placed before 1pm) – £6.95

Worldwide

Europe – £15

Rest of the world – £25


INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS PLEASE NOTE:

  • International deliveries are tracked and signed for but we cannot be certain of timing due to delays with Customs and local postal services. We estimate that orders could take up to 10 days to be delivered.
  • Any Customs Taxes and Duties are payable by the customer at point of receipt. Shaffay Slippers does not accept responsibility for additional duties and taxes that are incurred in shipping to addresses outside the United Kingdom
  • We have extended our returns policy to 42 days for orders from outside the United Kingdom. 

RETURNS PROCESS:

If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, you can return your slippers to us. Provided we get them back within 3 days and in perfect original saleable condition with the original tags/packaging intact, we will issue a full refund.

Do note that we cannot accept returns that have been worn, soiled or that are returned outside the 30-day period.

If you decide you would like to return the slippers we would appreciate your care and attention in carefully putting them back into the packaging in which you received them from us.

We will then email you a prepaid label to allow you to return the item free of charge.

Our Customer Services team will process your return and if approved, your refund (if the goods still have tags, are unworn and in perfect condition) will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow a week from receipt of parcel before the refund is completed.

EXCHANGES:

We are currently not able to process exchanges; please return your purchase as above and we will refund you for the item as long as it is returned within 14 days, unworn, in saleable condition with their original tags and packaging. Please then re-order your new item once you have been refunded.
